| Objective:In under the guidance of the theory of "lung qi fu evil",summarize tutor using "pulmonary trunk with treatment" obsessed with the treatment of phlegm wet resistance type on airway cough syndrome(clinical experience,at the same time,through the observation of lung nose to treatment with the nasal lung cough side effects on mouse ear swelling induced by xylene and egg white toes swelling of rats caused by impact,to observe the anti-inflammatory action of nasal lung cough side,to verify that the lung nose with treatment to treat the disease clinical curative effect,provide a treatment way for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:To may,2015 to January 2017 to shenzhen hospital respiratory outpatient service in this experimental study of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 60 cases,treatment group with oral nose lung cough,at the same time,depending on the disease and diseases and subtract medicine;Control to oral conventional western medicine treatment,the clinical curative effect of both groups of patients(cough,sputum,postnasal drip,sore throat,pharyngeal symptoms integral clinical symptoms and the total integral)observed for three weeks.Anti-inflammatory effects of nasal lung cough party to the research of experiment mainly by observing the nasal proposed by treatment with pulmonary lung cough preparation into a total of four extracts,respectively for upper alcohol heavy precipitation,alcohol,the alcohol extraction,aqueous extract four group,and compared with distilled water,positive for the six groups of compound acetylsalicylic acid 72 KM mice ear swelling in mice caused by dimethylbenzene and the influence of nasal lung cough were made the above four groups and control group for the distilled water and the positive group dexamethasone for 62 toes swelling of rats induced by egg white.Results:1,main symptoms improved after treatment,two groups of patients after treatment of cough,sputum,postnasal drip,sore throat,pharyngeal symptoms integral,and the clinical symptoms was improved the total integral(P<0.05),with statistical significance,shows that the two groups on the airway cough syndrome clinical symptoms and signs were improved;By the comparison between groups,the treatment group to improve the situation of every main symptoms and signs were better than control group(P<0.05),the treatment group therapy UACS symptoms improve the situation is better than the control group.2,3 weeks after treatment general curative effect comparison of two groups:treatment group(15 cases cured,20 cases were markedly effective,17 cases effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 86.70%;Control group cure 6 cases,11 cases had marked effect,25 effective,18 had no effect,the total effective rate was 70.00%;By chi-square test,it shows that the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).3,nose upper lung cough party alcohol sink,alcohol extraction and water extraction of crude drugs clinical equivalent dose of 11,3 g/kg,can obviously reduce the mice ear swelling degree;Upper alcohol sink,alcohol extraction and water extraction of crude drugs clinical equivalent dose of 6.8 g/kg can obviously inhibit the rat foot swelling degree,has certain anti-inflammatory effects,which the effect of the longest alcohol sink top group,the highest inhibition rate,comprehensive above shows,nasal lung cough has certain anti-inflammatory effects,including anti-inflammatory effects of alcohol sink top is better than the other three extracts.Conclusion:Use "pulmonary trunk with treatment "treatment on airway cough syndrome,the main symptoms of cough,sputum,postnasaldrip,sore throat,pharyngeal signs of improvement,the overall clinical efficacy is superior to western medicine control group;Nasal lung cough has certain anti2inflammatory effects,including anti-inflammatory effects of alcohol sink top is better than the other three extracts. |
