Objective: Observation the cytokine interleukin-1(IL-1mRNA), tumornecrosis factor (TNF-αmRNA) content by reverse transcription polymerasechain reaction (RT-PCR) detection method, in conjunction with the lightmicroscope, microscopic observation of inflammatory cellschanges,in-depth discussion of the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis,researchers the single herb Drynaria mechanism through the treatment ofknee osteoarthritis to observe experimental rabbit model of articularcartilage of knee osteoarthritis cytokineschanges of apoptosis andinflammatory synovial cells, and to be discussed and analyzed.Materials and Methods:24adult New Zealand white rabbits wererandomly divided into four groups, six blank group, model group (n=6),the treatment the group (Drynaria group)6, the control group (dimensionalsolid force group)6. Rabbit left hind limb extension position plastercast immobilization for6weeks after the rabbit knee osteoarthritismodels. Concentrate by gavage single herb Gusui complement decoctionconcentrated liquid as well as western medicine dimensional solid force4weeks. P<0.05was statistically significant.Results: The single herb Drynaria to affect the expression of cytokinesin the articular cartilage of rabbit knee osteoarthritis models, thecartilage of the administration group, IL-1, TNF-α expression wassignificantly lower than the model group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); and the single herb Drynaria alsoaffect the inflammatory cells in the synovial: the treatment group(Drynaria, group) and the control group (dimensional solid force group)inflammatory cells decreased significantly.Conclusion: The single herb Drynaria by reducing the articularcartilage of IL-1, TNF-α expression, thereby protecting articularcartilage from damage and destruction, and can effectively reduce thenumber of inflammatory cells in the synovium, DescriptionDrynariarelatively significant preventive effect on knee osteoarthritis,its therapeutic effect is slightly worse than western medicinedimensional solid force.
