Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture And Bloodletting Cupping Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder

Purpose: Through the observation of acupuncture combined withbloodletting cupping method of treatment the clinical curative effectof scapulohumeral periarthritis,to show the acupuncture combined withbloodletting cupping therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis havevalidity and advantage.Method: Clinical research to select patients as the research objectof scapulohumeral periarthritis，according to the diagnosis, into, outof standard screening in this study, a total of106patients withselected,adopted completely random design method is divided into thetreatment group and control group1and group2. The treatment group,atotal of61cases, were treated with acupuncture combined withbloodletting cupping method of treatment. The control group1, a totalof23cases, were treated with only acupuncture treatment. The controlgroup2, a total of22cases, were treated with only Oral western medicinetreatment. In the treatment of shoulder symptoms were observed after30days, carries on the curative effect determination. And track to visitfor half a year, to observe the recurrence rate.Results: Treatment group cured45cases, effective in13cases,3casesfor the better, the total efficiency of100.00%. The control group1,cured7cases, effective in8cases,5cases for the better, and3casesineffective, the total efficiency of86.96%. The control group2, cured6cases, effective in7cases,5cases for the better, and4casesineffective, the total efficiency of81.82%. The treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group1and the control group2(P＜0.01). Followed up the treatment group, treatment group55cases ofrecurrence in3cases, the recurrence rate of3.64%；Followed up19cases in the control group1,3relapsed, relapse rate was15.97%；Control group2,followed up17cases of recurrence in4cases, the recurrence ratewas23.53%.Conclusion:1. Acupuncture combined with Bloodletting and Cupping to treatscapulohumeral periarthritis is a significant effect.2. Acupuncture combined with pricking blood cupping method cansignificantly alleviate the patient’s condition and reduce pain inpatients with treatment of the disease.3. Acupuncture combined with Bloodletting and Cupping therapy superiorefficacy than simple acupuncture treatment and oral western medicinetreatment.4. With increasing age, the disease, the lower efficiency. Acupunctureand Bloodletting Cupping treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis inmiddle-aged efficiency was significantly higher than acupuncturetreatment oral western medicine treatment.5. The longer duration of the disease, the lower efficiency. Acupunctureand Bloodletting Cupping therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis atevery stage of the course of effective oral is significantly higher thanthe pure acupuncture treatment and western medicine treatment.6. Acupuncture and Bloodletting Cupping method for treatment ofscapulohumeral periarthritis with oral pure acupuncture and westernmedicine treatment to prevent its recurrence rate has no obviousdifference.
