Aneurysm is a common arterial vascular disease in clinic which indicates it can shape at any position, actually, it occurs more commonly in cerebral artery, aorta and main artery. Aneurysm is angioma protuberance due to local vasculopathy and would occur in some physical symptoms for compressing adjacent structures directly before rupture after which would be repeated hemorrhage and risk of disablement and death. New research is showing that it will play a key role in prevent and therapy in aneurysm vascular disease if weak and abnormal flow signals near arterial vascular walls can be detected.Ultrasonic diagnosis is a fusion of medicine, electronics engineering technology, computer technology and ultrasound and has been widely used in clinical diagnosis of vascular disease for its nondestructiveness,meanwhile, it is also a very important method in getting vascular hemodynamic information at present. However, the accuracy of diagnosis in aneurysm is influenced by equipment performances and the extraction and processing of ultrasound blood flow signals eigenvalues,etc. The method of using computer simulation in ultrasound blood flow signals and then the extraction and analysis of whose eigenvalues has wide application in ultrasound aneurysm vascular disease study.Therefore, this paper proposes a simulation mode of aneurysm ultrasound Doppler flow signals based on parsing velocity distribution which takes into account influence of nonstationary blood velocity in aneurysm vessel,acoustics,sample volume geometric characteristic,etc,on ultrasonic Doppler blood flow signals.This mode obtains different nonstationary blood velocity distribution in arterial vessel which has expanded according to Navier-Stokes equation which is calculated by artery blood flow speed in upper reaches homogeneous section central axial of aneurysm vessel at first,then divides the whole sample space into sufficient slimsy concentric circles in the radial direction before dividing it into sufficient slimsy sampling subspace in the axial direction,then calculates the whole theoretical spatial power spectral density which is the summation of each subspace power spectral density that is obtained through nonparametric estmation method,in the end,employs simulation mode that built by Cobbold and Mo to composite ultrasound Doppler flow signals within the artery in different aneurysm expansion.The results that the features in proposed simulation mode based on ultrasound Doppler flow signals agree with what in clinical actual signal could have groping implications for the development of ultrasound Doppler in aneurysm diseases detection and research.
