Yibin City Cuiping Water Resources Supply And Demand Balance Analysis

Water resources is one of the important resources of human production and life. Water resource environment has been seriously damaged and water pollution is grievous along with the development of society and economy. The protection of water resources and water pollution governance problems are most concerned about now. As the portal of Yibin City,Cuiping plays the most important role in Yibin City’s overall strategic development. The issue of water resources limit the economic development with the development of Cuiping.This paper introduces the Cuiping statistical analysis of the water supply situation in2015and2020with norm method through the statistical analysis of the Cuiping water resources development utilization.Predictive analysis and supply-demand balance of water supply according to the present water supply conditions of the Cuiping water demand conditions and water supply conditions in2015and2020, and propose solutions to the Problems, the results obtained are as follows:(1) The characteristics and exploitation status of water resources in Cuiping. There is s uperior natural conditions,abundant water resources,numerous rivers and streams.abundant pr ecipitation.Cuiping main water supply comes from groundwater, accounting for70%of the entire water supply. The results show that the agricultural water use and ecological envir onment water accounted for53%and24%respectively through the analysis of Cuiping w ater structure.The results show that the Cuiping water consumption is growing from year t o year, the growth of industrial water and agricultural water growth accounted for the maj or part through the analysis of Cuiping water situation in6years. This paper points out t he existing problems based on the development of water resources in the study area.(2)Study the amount of water supply and demand in Cuiping.Start from the four aspects of agricultural water, industrial water, domestic water, and ecological and environmental water, consider the impact of the study area, population, natural conditions, the economy, water conservancy construction and other factors, combined with the status of the development and utilization of water resources and water supply capacity,Predict the four major sectors of water demand and water supply with Norm method.The results showed that the water resources to meet the needs of economic development in2015and2020. P=75%, for example, the amount of remaining water is2.46×108m3and9.67×107m3in2015and2020. Although it can meet the development needs in Cuiping. However, due to the economic development resulted in a sharp increase in water demand, significantly reduced of remaining water leave problems in future development.(3)Analysis of the spatial and temporal difference of water resources in Cuiping.
