Clinical Observation On Using Four Different Methods To Treat Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer Before Operation

Objective: Clinical observation on using Huangqi injection combined with PF plan asneo-adjuvant chemotherapy, Aidi injection, decoction of herbal medicine,only PF plan asneo-adjuvant chemotherapy to treat patients with advanced gastric (cardiac) cancer beforeoperation.Find the rational preoperative adjunctive therapy of gastric cancer,and approachuse value of Chinese drugs preparation in ambo-operation of gastric cancer.Methords: To collect 34 patients of advanced gastric (cardia) cancer, the Aidi group is 9cases,the Huangqi+PF group is 10 cases, the Chinese crude drug group is 7 cases, thechemotherapy control group is 8cases.The Aidi group use Aidi injection 80ml/d,ivggt×7d.Bestow Huangqi injection to the Huangqi+PF group patients, 80ml/d,ivggt×7d,combined with low dose PF plan(DDP3mg/m2+5-Fu160mg/m~2)by continuous intravenousdrip as neo-adjuvant chemotherapy. The patients of the Chinese crude drug group are givendecoction of herbal medicine by oral administration in the theory of "Bianzheng"2/d×7d.The chemotherapy control group take low dose PF plan(DDP+5-Fu)by continuousintravenous drip as neo-adjuvant chemotherapy.Every patient is given the radical correction.The other therapeutic medicine is similar in the four groups.Then observe cancer cellapoptosis index(AI), plasma Soluble Interleukin-2 Receptor(sIL-2R) levels when it’s the14th day after operation.Ruselts: statistical analysis indicates that:The level of AI and sIL-2R of the Aidi andHuangqi+PF groups after taking drugs are obviously different from those of before takingdrugs. It has deviation(P＜0.01). The level of AI and sIL-2R in the Chinese crude druggroup have no significant change(P＞0.05)after treatment. The level of AI of thechemotherapy control group has a great increase(P＜0.01),but the level of sIL-2R has nosignificant change after treatment(P＞0.05).Compared with the Aidi group, after the treatment the Huangqi+PF group has greaterincrease in the level of AI (P＜0.01), the level of sIL-2R is lower, but it does not have a obvious difference (P＞0.05). Compared with the chemotherapy control group,the Huangqi+PF group has greater increase in the level of AI (P＜0.01),and greater decrease in the levelof sIL-2R(P＜0.01).Conclusion: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is still the main treatment in ambo-operation ofgastric cancer. And the Chinese drugs preparation can educe the synergy and attenuatedeffect, help to take operation promptly and successfully.
