Objective:To explore the prognostic factors of idiopathic macular hole based on the form of macular hole. Methods:This study included retrospectively30patients of idiopathic macular holeand14macular hole patients of high myopia who underwent standard3-prot pars plana vitrectomy(PPV) combined with internal limiting membrane peeling(ILMP) during april2010and august2013in our hospital were collected. Those idiopathic macular hole patients were assigned to two groups, visual improved group and visual unimproved group.Try to statistically analyze the relationship between the optical coherence tomography (OCT) represents and prognosis. Result:Idiopathic macular hole:1, The base diameter of patients with improved visual acuity were smaller than those of patients without improved visual acuity.2,The minimum liner diameter of patients with improved visual acuity were smaller than those of patients without improved visual acuity.3, The difference between height of macular holes had no statistical significance.4, There was a negative correlation between base diameter and prognosis as well as between minimum liner diameter and visual prognosis. High myopia macular hole:There was a negative correlation between minimum liner diameter and visual prognosis. Conclusion:Base diameter and minimum liner diameter are good index for prognosis of idiopathic macular hole and high myopia macular hole. |
