Objective:By analyzing the X-ray signs of pathologically confirmed breast cancer, the other X-ray signs except mass, and the relationship to the pathologic type, exploring the application value of digital Mammo-graphy in the diagnosis of early breast malignant diseases, to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of malignant breast disease, so as to improve the survival rate and quality of life in patients with malignant disease of the breast.Methods:Collecting202breast lesions patients with digital mammography examination before operation and confirmed by pathology after operation, analyzing retrospectively to all the cases of digital mammography sighs. As research in the calcification, structure, limitation of asymmetry dense, duct syndrome, halo sign, thickening of the skin sag, nipple retraction, increased blood supply, axillary lymph node enlargement and changes in breast ductal, comparing the difference in benign and malignant, analysis of the characteristic performance in calcification in malignant and benign breast lesions, and comparing with pathology. The experimental data using statistical analysis software package SPSS17.0statistics.Result:(1) This group of202cases205lesions, the pathology of breast malignant lesions61, benign breast disease144. All digital Mam-mography in sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value for diagnosis of breast cancer is88.52%,66.67%,52.94%.(2) Calcification, structure, limitation of asymmetry dense, catheter syndrome, thicken-ing of the skin sag, nipple retraction, increased blood supply, axillary lymph node enlargement and changes in breast ductal are the manifestations of breast cancer, Benign esions occur rarely or signs are not the same。 Calcification in this group appeared131, accounting for63.9%(131/205), Malignant lesions in39, accounting for63.9%(39/61); increased blood supply appears29, which is17malignant, accounting for27.9%(17/61); Structural distortions occur21,11malignant lesions, accounting for18.0%(11/61); Skin thickening, sag11, of which seven malignant lesions,11.5%(7/61).The X-ray signs appear more relevant, the accurate rate of diagnosis of breast cancer are higher.(3) The morphology, distribution, location, quantity, density and size of calcification, has statistical significance in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant diseases.X-ray findings related to malignant calcification (39.8%), increased blood supply (17.3%) and the limitations of asymmetric density (15.3%) appeared higher risk, and the relationship between the different histological types of breast cancer are more closely.Conclusion:(1) Digital radiography has the very high value in early diagnosis of breast cancer.(2) Associated mammography findings is helpful to the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast diseases.(3) There is a certain correlation between calcification and pathological types.
