Objective:This paper retrospectively collected the clinical data of186couples of recurrentspontaneous abortion(RSA), to see a doctor in the second hospital of obstetrics andgynecology reproductive center in jilin university during November2012to November2013,which include the couple’s age, occupational exposure, abortion times, pregnantweeks of Every abortion, The evidences of all the possible risk factors(include: geneticfactors, immune factors, infection factors, endocrine factors, female anatomy, male relatedfactors and other factors).Based on the data sorting, statistics and analysis in order to get thefollowing conclusions are as follow:1ã€the age distribution of RSA;2ã€Proportion of eachrisk factor of RSA;3ã€the relationship between the abortion times and the risk factorsï¼›4ã€the relationship between the pregnant weeks of abortion and the risk factors.Hope can bringhelp to RSA in diagnosis and treatment. Methods:By retrospectively statistics and analysis the clinical data of186couples of recurrentspontaneous abortion(RSA),who to see a doctor in the second hospital of obstetrics andgynecology reproductive center in jilin university in a year:1ã€Through study the RSAcouples age get the age distribution of RSAï¼›2ã€Through study the risk factors of RSA togetthe proportion of each risk factor of RSAï¼›3ã€Through study the risk factors and abortiontimes (2times and≥3times) to get the relationship between risk factors and abortiontimesï¼›4ã€Through study risk factors and pregnant weeks of abortion (12weeks and≥12 weeks) to get the relationship between the risk factors and early abortion and late-termabortion.Results:1ã€Through study of the age of186RSA couples,We can get the followingresults:The woman age is19to47, mean age28.3±2.5years,95.70%of the womandistribution in20years old≤age<45years old, the peak age is25years old≤age<35years oldï¼›The man age is19to53, mean age29.4±4.7years,90.32%of the mandistribution in20years old≤age<40years old, the peak age is25years old≤age<35years old.2ã€Chromosome factor is12cases (6.45%)ã€infection factors is20cases (10.75%)ã€endocrine factors is24cases (12.90%)〠immune factors si38cases (20.43%)〠anatomyfactor of the femaleis18cases (9.68%), the male factor is17cases (9.14%)ã€other factors is8cases (4.30%) and92cases is unexplain (49.46%).3ã€The relationship between risk factors and abortion times:abortion2times is131cases in this study,≥3times is55patients, Compared with other factors males, factors have significant influences on abortion times by the x2test.4ã€The relationship between risk factors and pregnant weeks of abortion:Earlyabortion (<12weeks) is165cases and late-term abortion (≥12weeks) is21cases,Compared with other factors infection factors and endocrine factors have significantinfluences on abortion time by the x2test. Conclusion:1ã€RSA exists in various periods of reproductive age, in the majority with25to40,Thewoman age is19to47, mean age28.3±2.5years,95.70%of the womandistribution in20years old≤age<45years old, the peak age is25years old≤age<35years oldï¼›The man age is19to53, mean age29.4±4.7years,90.32%of theman distribution in20years old≤age<40years old, the peak age is25years old≤age<35years old.2ã€RSA have complex risk factors, including genetic factorsã€immune factors〠infectionfactors, anatomy factors〠male factorsã€other factors and there are someone isunexplain which close to50%.the proportion: genetic factors6.45%〠infectionfactors10.75%ã€endocrine factors12.90%, immune factors20.43%ã€women anatomicalfactors9.68%ã€the man factor9.14%, other factors9.68%and URSA49.46%.3ã€male factors may be important factors affecting RSA patients abortion times in thevarious risk factors in this paper.4ã€infection factors and endocrine factors may be important factors affecting RSA patientsabortion time in the various risk factors in this paper. |
