Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of CT perfusion imaging and CTangiography in diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemia stroke within12hours.Methods:Within12hours after the onset of acute ischemia stroke on15patients withCT scan,CTP and CTA examination, measurement of the ischemic region of the brainperfusion parameter values analysis of the Ischemic penumbra by VPCT Neuro-STROKEof Syng.VIA; analysis of the CT angiography that is obtained by the model of CT-DSA.Results:7cases of cranial CT scan revealed signs of early cerebral infraction in15patients,the others are normal.5of the patients within4.5hours have Ischemicpenumbra, the CTP of the other one is normal and the patient is transient ischemic attacks(TIA) who is confirmed by the follow-up visit;one of the patients within4.5-6hours hasIschemic penumbra by CTP,the other one has not; one of the patients within6-12hourshas Ischemic penumbra by CTP,the others have not.7patients with CTP were detected inthe cerebral infraction in cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume, mean peak time andon the side of the difference was significant (p<0.05);the penumbra zone in cerebral bloodflow, mean peak time and contralateral differences was significant(p<0.05);cerebral bloodvolume showed no significant difference(p>0.05).the penumbra zone in cerebral bloodflow, cerebral blood volume, mean peak time and the cerebral infraction of the differencewas significant(p<0.05).CTA showed that14patients have the vascular occlusion orangiostenosis in different degrees in internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery. Conclusion: CTP and CTA has a guiding significance in the diagnosis and therapy ofacute ischemia stroke. It can help to make individual therapy for acute ischemic stroke byevaluating the ischemic penumbra using CTP. |
