The Research And Application Of Concentrated Monitor And Evaluation System Of Adverse Reaction Of Hospital Drug

Adverse drug reaction(abbreviate ADR) is an adverse and unexpected reaction which has causal relationship with the drug application, occurred while the normal application of drug as the prescribed dose. ADR includes four groups:side effect, toxic reaction, allergic reaction and secondary infection. In real life, the occurrence frequency of ADR is quite high. Especially after long-term use or use heavily, the situation will be more serious and even occur serious toxic effect. ADR report and monitor is the process of discovery, report, evaluation and control of ADR. The international main monitor methods are spontaneous reporting system (abbreviate SRS), Prescription Event Monitoring(abbreviate PEM) and concentrated monitor of hospital.This paper’s aim is those problems and limitations such as high missing report rate, hard to calculate the occurrence rate of ADR, formalistic reports and hard to confirm the causal relationship because of uncompleted information of report. It unites the requirement of on-sale drug supervision of national drug administration, research and develop a concentrated monitor and evaluation system of hospital ADR, integrated with HIS system of cooperative hospitals, accomplish the ADR information management within the medical institution, the drug safety re-valuation management of main monitored drug, the monitor management of ADR prescription events and the information intelligent interchange management of Guangdong province ADR information management system, thus searching the effective method of spontaneous collection, analysis, evaluation, warning, feedback and service of national hospital ADR information and main monitored drug.The research and development of this paper has innovated combination and application of hospital ADR concentrated monitor, prescription events monitor and spontaneous reporting monitor and so on, according to national situation. The research result will be establish a good foundation for the building and popularize of the comprehensive service platform, which has functions including ADR monitor, drug safety re-valuation and regional pharmacoepidemiology research, thus servicing for all-round improvement of on-sale drug safety management and effective promotion ofthe rational use of drug in medical institution in Guangdong province and even in China.
