Objective:From the hemodynamic, blood rheology is to observe Clinical curative effect of Jiawei Yiqicongming Decoction in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiencyMethods:In the research,60patients of VBI were randomly divided into two groups,each of30patients. One group were treated with Jiawei Yiqicongming Decoction.the other accepted Yangxueqingnaokeli as control.The whole patients was treated for1months. To observe the clinical effect, changes of hemodynamics, blood rheology.Results:From the observation to treat group, the total efficiency of96.67%. To control group, the total efficiency of93.33%. And cnotrol group comparison,treat group is no significant differences (P>0.05)The results show that the syndrome integral signs that The two groups were improved, but the improvement is basically the same, no statistical significance difference (P>0.05).Blood rheology signs that The two groups were improved, there was statistical significance difference (P<0.05). The TCD results indicate that the velocity of vertebrobasilar artery were improved, with statistical significance (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:Jiawei Yiqicongming decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with vertebrobasilar artery insufficienc-y, and improve the blood viscosity,improve blood flow, improve blood circulation.
