Objective:Apply questionnaires to investigate the double eyelid surgery surveies" overall situation of body image scale psychological conditions^self-esteem and body confidence; To investigate the factors affecting body image disorders, orthopedic clinical psychology, for the intervention to provide a theoretical basis; To explore the nicotine effect on the double eyelid surgery postoperative complications; To improve the sense of the subject "smoking is harmful to health", and to create a smoke-free environment.Methods:410plastic surgeries was extract from a hospital by sampling method and we did a baseline survey of them. In the case.of ensure follow-up rate,we collectted the urine eyelid surgery before the surgery,and then we had used HPLC Methods to measure the urine nicotine concentration of the double eyelid surgeries.After the plastic surgery,we had a follow-ups by the way follow-up clinic or telephone follow-up inlweek-2months.All data are used to establish a database and used double EpiData3.0to input, and use the SPSS20.0statistical software to anysis, using the chi-square test to comparison the rate, using t test to comparison the mean.Results:Of410cases of orthopedic performer, double eyelid surgery in164cases; Women in347cases; At age16-63years old,71.46%age between19and35years old, unmarried or divorced in263cases,97students,166cases of media/entertainment/model;99cases of plastic’s main purpose is to make oneself become more beautiful; Most plastic performer to double eyelid surgery, most of them women, young and middle-aged is given priority to, to engage in the largest number of media/entertainment/model industry. The operation area to choose between male and female difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).143cases of164cases of heavy eyelid performer in women, accounting for87.20%of the double eyelid performer; At age16-68.29%,38,19-35years of age, and aged>50without heavy eyelid performer. Unmarried or divorced in121cases, accounting for73.38%of the double eyelid performer; Students80cases, accounting for48.78%of the double eyelid performer;49.39%is in order to become more beautiful. Double eyelid surgery in most women, no subject,>50aged group is given priority to with students.Eyelid surgery group’s SSB、SES、BES Scale total score is (18.64±1.83)、(26.53±1.69)and (106.33±2.56) points, the the control group’s total score is (21.58±1.56)(27.63±0.89)(99.93±2.89) points, the results showed that the SSBI and BES differences between the two groups was statistically significant scores (P<.05). SES scores differences still can not believe that the two groups were statistically significant (P>0.05)Eyelid surgeon’s body image and self-esteem was negatively correlated with psychological (P<.05), the correlation coefficient r=-0.395, R2=0.13.Still can not believe that there is a correlation (P=0.893>0.05) between the double eyelid surgery’s body like mental and physical confidence, correlation coefficient r=-0.08;Eyelid surgeon’s overall self-esteem and was a positive correlation between body confidence score (P<0.05), the correlation coefficient r=-0.296, double eyelid surgery explained by SES score higher overall self-esteem scale, the scale showed higher body confident trend determination coefficient R2=0.09.The BDD rate of the double eyelid surgeries group is5.88%, and the control group is10.78%.Difference between the two groups in the detection rate of double eyelid surgery and control groups were statistically significant (x2=3.905, P=0.037<0.05).The factors influcing BDD included: unpleasant evaluation and comparison of the surrounding plastic case with the people around appearance.82cases of double eyelid surgery by the surgeon in10cases of complications, complication rate was12.20%;6cases of upper eyelid edema,3cases of infection,1case of upper eyelid hematoma; smoking and different nicotine concentrations are related to postoperative complications occurred. The experimental testing, nicotine concentration distribution was right-skewed distribution, between (0.00-5.42) μg/ml, The median concentration of nicotine was0.13μg/ml, P25=0.07μg/ml, P75=0.19μg/ml.Conclusions:The first plastic surgery-eyelid surgeries’BDD rate is higher than non-double eyelid surgery group; Eyelid surgeon’s body image and self esteem was negatively correlated with psychological, Body of psycholo-gical self-assessment questionnaire like the higher the score, the overall level of self-esteem showed lower trend; Between self-esteem and body confidence score was a positive correlation, SES scores higher overall self-esteem scale, higher body confident showing a trend;Smoke and high concentrations of nicotine in urine are more likely to get postoperative complications.
