Differentiation Acupoints Of Clinical Evaluation On Functional Dyspepsia Curative Effect

Objective:Using multi center randomized controlled method, through differentiation acupoints acupuncture treatment of functional dyspepsia, functional dyspepsia scale scores were the long-term curative effect difference, specific inquiry acupoint effect, provide a more effective treatment for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Method:71patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into differentiation acupoints (group A),35cases of non acupoint group (B group)36cases. The two groups were acupuncture1times a day,0.5hours each time,5times for1courses,2days rest between treatments, a total of4courses of treatment. Respectively before treatment, treatment (4weeks),1months after the end of treatment,2months after the end of treatment,3months after the end of treatment,4months after the end of treatment,5months after the end of treatment,7observation point asked subjects to fill in the Nepean Dyspepsia Index, Liz indigestion adjustment questionnaire.Results:1, compared with the B group, A group in the treatment of the end of4 weeks,1months,2months,3months,4months,5months of follow-up, the LDQ score had significant differences (P<0.05).2, compared with the B group, A group after the treatment,1months,2months,3months,4months,5months of follow-up, patients in Nepean Dyspepsia Index score has a very significant difference (p<0.05), there is a significant difference between the quality score (p<0.05)Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation acupuncture can effectively alleviate the symptoms of functional dyspepsia, and long-term curative effect, is worth promoting...
