Compound agaricus blazei murill polysaccharide oral liquid consists of agaricus blazeimurill polysaccharide, Astragalus polysaccharide, honeysuckle and other traditional herbals,being based on traditional Chinese medicine theory. there are four aspects in this study,including production process of compound agaricus blazei murill polysaccharide oral liquidand accelerating stability, non-clinical safety evaluation, improving the immunity,antibacterial effects in vitro to study the production process of oral liquid and acceleratingstability, acute toxicity of mice and chronic toxicity of rats, how to influence the ND and AIvaccines antibody titers and leukocytes of chicken and the effects of inhibiting Salmonell,Escherichia Coli, Streptococcus suis.In the production process, through the water extraction and ethyl alcohol depositionmethod, we have the extraction ratio of agaricus blazei murill coarse polysaccharide,astragalus coarse polysaccharide and lentinan. The ratio is14.95%,6.16%and10.66%. In theexperiment of accelerating stability, study the changes of compound agaricus blazei murillpolysaccharide oral liquid under the condition of40℃±2℃,75%±5%RH.The efforts showthat polysaccharide of compound agaricus blazei murill polysaccharide oral liquid has a goodstability..In the experiment of the acute toxicity of mice and chronic toxicity of rats, evaluate thebody weight, visceral index, hematology, blood biochemical and pathologic changes ofviscera. The results show that compound agaricus blazei murill polysaccharide oral liquiddose not do harmful to animal bodis, being wide of safety range and owing developingpotential.In the experiment of improving immunity, study how high dose, middle dose andlow-dose compound agaricus blazei murill polysaccharide oral liquid influence the ND andAI vaccines antibody titers, leukocytes, the body weight, visceral index, blood biochemicaland pathologic changes of viscera. The results show that at the time of20d,3dose groups canimprove he ND and AI vaccines antibody titers; Low dose group increases the amount ofleukocytes; Liver index increases; According to what the above shows and blood biochemical,it shows that the best dose of compound agaricus blazei murill polysaccharide oral liquid is0.28g/Kg-2.8g/Kg.In the experiment of inhibiting bacteria in vitro, study the oxford cup and MIC experiment of compound agaricus blazei murill polysaccharide oral liquid inhibitingSalmonella, Escherichia Coli, Streptococcus suis. The efforts show that compound agaricusblazei murill polysaccharide oral liquid inhibits Salmonella more strongly than EscherichiaColi, which is inhabited more strongly than Streptococcus suis, the MIC is0.075g/mL,0.075g/mL,0.3g/mL.
