Study On Acupuncture On The Left Side Of The Lu5Hole To Research The Effects Of Middle Cerebral Artery’s Blood Flow Velocity,Pi And Ri

PurposeAcupuncture the left side of LU5, observation the changes of Vs,Vd, Vm, PI and RI by TCD on five time point,which including before acupuncture, inserting needle,hand-manipulating of needle, withdraw the needle and after withdraw the needle. Study on acupuncture on the left side of the LU5hole to research the effects of Middle cerebral artery’s blood flow velocity,PI and RI.for direction of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cerebrovascular diseases of acupoint selection to provide reference data.MethodsRandomly selected30healthy young adults includes15men and15women which aged between20and25.It can be divided into three groups of experiment research includes mixed group(30people),male group(15people) and female group(15people). Asked volunteers without cerebrovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid diseases and so on. Laboratory temperature is22±3℃and humidity is50±5%. Explaining in detail the experiment process, steps, and security to volunteers, and begining the test after volunteers agreed. Choosing a operation experienced professionals responsible for the operation of TCD.First volunteers should be lie down in a quiet environment for15minutes with keeping his(or her) head to the right. The operator should be put the probe of ultrasonic instrument on the left temporal to obtain stable ultrasonic signal with the depth of the ultrasound is56mm.Then calculating and recording the results of Vs,Vd,Vm,Pl and RI.Second keeping volunteer’s head on the left and measuring their value of the right side of cerebrovascular. On the other side in the same way.The last calculating the related data by SPSS(P<0.05) means having statistically significant).Result1.Acupuncturing the letf LU5of mixed group, values with the left side of the MCA including Vs,Vd and Vm are significantly higher when comparing before acupuncture with inserting needle and hand-manipulating of needle (P<0.05). Other time points compared with acupuncture before all have no meaning (P<0.05).All time point of PI and RI are having no meaning (P<0.05)2. Acupuncturing the letf LU5of mixed group,the right side of MCA hemodynamic parameters at each time point compared with before acupuncture, having no statistically significant (P>0.05)3. Acupuncturing the letf LU5of male, values with the left side of the MCA including Vs and Vm are significantly higher when comparing before acupuncture with inserting needle and hand-manipulating of needle (P<0.05). Other time points compared with acupuncture before all have no meaning (P<0.05).All time point of PI and RI are having no meaning (P<0.05)4. Acupuncturing the letf LU5of male,the right side of MCA hemodynamic parameters at each time point compared with before acupuncture, having no statistically significant (P>0.05)5. Acupuncturing the letf LU5of female, values with the left side of the MCA including Vs and Vm are significantly higher when comparing before acupuncture with inserting needle and hand-manipulating of needle (P<0.05). Other time points compared with acupuncture before all have no meaning (P<0.05).All time point of PI and RI are having no meaning (P<0.05)6. Acupuncturing the letf LU5of female,the right side of MCA hemodynamic parameters at each time point compared with before acupuncture, having no statistically significant (P>0.05)7. Comparing two groups into needle and line after of the Vs and Vm.The result are not statistically significant.Conclusion1.Acupuncturing the letf LU5of mixed group can make up the blood flow speed which includes Vs,Vd and Vm of the left MCA. Acupuncture did not cause the changes of cerebral blood flow at withdraw the needle and after withdraw the needle. And acupuncturing the letf LU5is not effect to PI and RI of MCA.2. Acupuncturing the letf LU5of male group can make up the blood flow speed which includes Vs and Vm of the left MCA. Acupuncture did not cause the changes of cerebral blood flow at withdraw the needle and after withdraw the needle. And acupuncturing the letf LU5is not effect toVd, PI and RI of MCA.3. Acupuncturing the letf LU5of female group can make up the blood flow speed which includes Vs and Vm of the left MCA. Acupuncture did not cause the changes of cerebral blood flow at withdraw the needle and after withdraw the needle. And acupuncturing the letf LU5is not effect toVd, PI and RI of MCA.4.Male and female group comparedwith no difference,in an other word,acupuncturing and middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity change has nothing to do with gender.
