Research On The Effect Of Compatibility Of Hypericum Attenuatum Choisy And Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae On Experimental Fast Arrhythmias

Objective:To investigate the protective effects and mechanism of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salviae miltiorrhiza compatibility on experimental arrhythmia animals.Methods:1.Prophylactic administration to Kunming mice with Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salviae miltiorrhiza’s single herb and different combinations (1:1,1:2,2:1) extract, using chloroform to establish a rapid arrhythmia model,observe the effects of different extracts on the incidence of mouse ventricular fibrillation.2.Prophylactic administration to Wistar rats with Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza’s single herb and different combinations (1:1,1:2,2:1) extract, establish a calcium chloride induced arrhythmia model, observe the effects of different extracts latent influence time, duration, mortality on arrhythmia in rats.3.Prophylactic administration to Wistar rats with Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza1:2compatibility extract, establish calcium chloride induced arrhythmia model, determine experimental rats serum hs-CRP, EDLF, Na-K-ATP enzyme. Ca-Mg-ATP enzyme and expression of Cx43content in heart tissues.Results:1.The Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza’s single herb and different combinations (1:1,1:2,2:1) extract can significantly reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation in experimental mice, in which1:1extract,1:2extract are the most obvious (p<0.01).2.Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza’s single herb and different combinations (1:1.1:2,2:1) extract can significantly prolong the latent time of experimental arrhythmia rats, shorten the duration of ventricular arrhythmia, raduce mortality, especially1:2extract (p<0.01). 3.Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza’s1:2extract can significantly decrease the hs-CRP, EDLF content in serum of rapid arrhythmia rats induced by calcium chloride (p<0.05), increase Na-K-ATP enzyme (p<0.01), Ca-Mg-ATP enzyme (p<0.05) content in serum, and increase the expression of Cx43in heart tissues (p<0.05).Conclusions:Under the conditions of the same total dosage and administration method and the same dose, and the same experimental conditions, the effect of of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy and Salvia miltiorrhiza’s1:2extract against experimental arrhythmia is better than that of single herb group and other group proportion,and its mechanism may be related to decreasing hs-CRP and EDLF contents of serum, increasing rat serum Na-K-ATP enzyme, Ca-Mg-ATP enzyme content and increasing the expression of Cx43in ratheart tissues.
