Observation On Clinical Treatment Of Acupuncture In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis

Objective:Observation of acupuncture compared to oral indomethacin tablet the clinical curative effect of treatment of primary dysmenorrheal haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome,for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome provide effective clinical approach.Methods:60patients diagnosis standard of the subjects into two groups according to random number table,divided into acupuncture treatment group and oral treatment group(control group), in the treatment group,acupuncture shenshu、ming、in the extreme、guanyuan、three vaginal intercourse,moxibustion shenshu and ming,day one,seven days before menstruation until mensturual cramps; control group by oral indomethacin tablet,day three times,each time25mg,pain relief can be stopped,30cases in each group,for treatment of three menstrual cycle,the dysmenorrhea symptoms scores and visual analogue(VAS) as evaluation criteria,respectivel before and after treatment and after the treatment of three menstrual cycles to evaluate the clinical efficacy.The obtained data analyzed by SPSS17.0software.Result:1.The symptoms of dysmenorrhea integral, the treatment group before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.01); the control group before and after treatment with statistical significance (P<0.01), the two methods are effective; By t test, after treatment, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), the clinical curative effect is better than that of treatment group the control group.2.In the VAS score,the treatment group before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.01); the control group before and after treatment with statistical significance (P<0.01), the two methods are effective; By t test, after treatment, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05),the clinical curative effect is better than that of treatment group the control group.3.After the treatment of three menstrual cycles,the treatment way within the dysmenorrheal symptom integral comparison (P>0.05),show two groups of data with no statistical significance; Is my symptom integral in the control way and comparison (P<0.05),the two groups of data has significant difference; After the treatment of three menstrual cycles, the treatment group compared with control group symptom integral,there are significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.4.Three menstrual cycles after the treatment, the treatment way in the comparison of VAS score(P>0.05), show two groups of data with no statistical significance; contrast in the way the comparison of VAS score(P<0.05), the two groups of data has significant difference; treatment group compared with control group in VAS score, there are significant difference(P<0.05),the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.5.According to the clinical symptom scores compare the curative effect of two grous,treatment group total effective rate was96.67%,control group total effective rate was60.00%,after statistics processing(P<0.05),shows that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture therapy and oral indomethacin tablets treatment of primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome have curative effect.2.Acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome clinical efficacy is better than that of oral indomethacin tablets to treat the clinical curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome,it can improve dysmenorrheal level of pain.
