Clinical Observation Of Acupunctur Combined With Rehabilitation Training Therapy Food-drop After Stroke

Objective:To observe the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training clinical curative effect for the treatment of stroke recovery foot drop, Conclusion to prove their effectiveness of applied statistics, provide the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for stroke of foot drop after reference.Methods:The selected60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. Including18cases of male,12case of female; at the age of41-75; The average age was58years old; the control group including16cases of male,14case of female; at the age of45-75; The average age was60years old; cerebral infarction in36cases,24cases of cerebral hemorrhage. The treatment group treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, The control group treated by rehabilitation training, All selected patients by acupuncture and rehabilitation routine treatment.Every patient of two groups with treatment1time a day, treatment of six times a week, rest1time, for4consecutive weeks. After treatment for each patient for rehabilitation evaluation, the data obtained by spssl7.0software for statistical analysis, comparison between the two groups of curative effect.Result:1.The efficacy of ankle dorsiflexion angle:two groups of patients after the treatment,the total effective rate was86.7%of treatment group,compare to70%in the control group,by rank sum test(P<0.05), a significant difference between the two groups.2.The degree of improvement in terms of plantar flexion effect:two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group, the total effective rate was80%in the control group, the total effective rate was73.3%, by rank sum test (P<0.05), the two groups was statistically significance.3.In the aspect of anterior tibial muscle strength improvement:After treatment,Two groups of patients with muscle strength increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the treatment group compared with the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group acted better than control group.4.the degree of improvement in triceps surae spasm:After treatment,two groups of patients with triceps surae spasticity score were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the treatment group compared with the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group acted better than control group.5.In the aspect of improve the walking ability:After treatment,two groups of patients with walking ability score were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the treatment group compared with the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group acted better than control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy for stroke recovery foot drop with good clinical efficacy.2.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy is more effective, better get to enhance daily living in patients with hemiplegia, improve their quality of life.
