| Objective: We explored the expressions of Survivin and P53ingallbladder carcinoma, gallbladder polyps, gallbladder stones and normalgallbladder tissues, and analysed the relationship between development, clinical pathologic behavior of gallbladder carcinoma. In order to provide thebasis for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: Expression of Survivin and P53were detected in50cases ofgallbladder carcinoma,30cases of gallbladder polyps,30cases of gallbladderstones and10cases of normal gallbladder tissues by immunohistochemistrystaining (SP method), combined with clinical and pathological datas, theresults were analysed by SPSS l3.0statistical software. Results: In gallbladder carcinoma, the expression rate of Survivin was76%(38/50), the expression rate of P53was64%(32/50), there were noexpressions of Survivin or P53in gallbladder polyps, gallbladder stones andnormal gallbladder tissues. The expressions both Survivin and P53ingallbladder carcinoma had no significant correlation with patient’s sex, ageand if or no stones (P>0.05). With and without lymph node metastasis, theSurvivin expression rates were90.9%(20/22) and64.3%(18/28), thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The P53expression rateswere81.8%(18/22) and50%(14/28), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). To Nevin stageâ… ~â…¢ and â…£~â…¤, the Survivin expressionrates were60.9%(14/23) and88.9%(24/27), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).The P53expression rates were43.5%(10/23) and81.5%(22/27), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). To poorlydifferentiated and well-differentiated carcinoma, the Survivin expression rateswere71.4%(10/14) and77.8%(28/36), the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05).The P53expression rates were85.7%(12/14) and55.6% (20/36),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).To the CA19-9level of fasting venous blood0~27,28~500,>500U/ml, the Survivinexpression rates were52.6%(10/19),94.7%(18/19),83.3%(10/12), thedifference was significant (P<0.05). The P53expression rates were42.1%(8/19),73.7%(14/19),83.3%(10/12), the difference was significant (P<0.05).In P53expressed positive and negative cases, Survivin expression rates were84.4%(27/32)and61.1%(11/18), the expression of Survivin correlatedpositively with the expression of P53in gallbladder carcinoma (P<0.05). Thelevel of tumor marker CA19-9had certain relevance with Nevin stage andhistological grade of gallbladder carcinoma (P<0.05).Conclusion:1Survivin and P53expressed in gallbladder carcinomatissues, but not impressed in benign diseases of gallbladder,It suggested thatSurvivin and P53might be closely associated with the development ofgallbladder carcinoma.2Survivin expression was correlated with P53expression in gallbladder carcinoma.3The level of tumor marker CA19-9hadcertain relevance with Nevin stage and histological grade of gallbladdercarcinoma, associated with the diagnosis and prognosis of gallbladdercarcinoma. And CA19-9had certain relevance with the expression of Survivinand P53, they could act as an index for early diagnosis of gallbladdercarcinoma. |
