Efficacy Evaiuation Of Compound Jianwei Tablets In Treating Simultaneous Occurrence Of Cold And Heat Syndrome Of FD

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Compound Jianwei Tablets (A preparation of Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine [Min pharmacists word (Z06602043)]) in treatment of cold and heat mixed type functional dyspepsia and its impact on gastrin secretion level.Methods114patients with functional dyspepsia of cold and heat syndromes admited from January2013to December2013in our hospital were recruted in the study, they were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group, he experimental group received oral compound Jianwei tablets(4tablets tid2h after meal);The control group received oral Lansoprazole enteric caspsules (30mg qd30min before breakfast)and Mosapride citrate(5mg tid30min before meal). Took meta-analysis to learn the different impact on symptomatology score and gastrin level.ResultsThere were significant statistically difference in symptomatology score before and after1week/2weeks treatment of the experimental group (P<0.05), while The gastrin level before and after2weeks treatment have no significant statistically difference. There were no difference in the total curative effect between the2groups (P>0.05), while the abdominal distention, abdominal pain and anorexia symptoms before and after1week/2weeks treatment have obvious difference (P<0.05)1.There were no significant difference in comprehensive curative effects on main symptoms in the same period of treatment between the2groups (P>0.05), But there were significant difference before and after1or2weeks treatment (P<0.01)2. The symptomatology score of the2groups after1or2weeks treatment was lower than before (P<0.05).The elimination of upper abdominal distention, upper abdominal pain and anorexia before and after1or2weeks treatment have obvious difference at the same period of treatment (P<0.05).Combined with the symptoms score, the control group had better curative effect than the experimental group, while the experimental group is superior in eliminating upper abdominal pain and anorexia to the control group.3. The elimination cases of upper abdominal distention, upper abdominal pain and anorexia after1or2weeks treatment have difference at the same period of treatment (P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than control group.4. The Gastrin of The experimental group had no significant difference before and after the treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion1. Compound Jianwei Tablets received up to63.16%curative efficiency in treatment of cold and heat mixed type functional dyspepsia and its more safety.2. The2groups had similar curative effect,but the experimental group showed better therapeutic outcomes regarding the elimination of upper abdominal pain and anorexia symptoms.3. The treatment efficacy of compound Jianwei tablets has no influence on Gastrin level.
