Clinical Observation Of Banxia Tiaozhong Granules Combined With Yangyuan Tongluo Acupuncture For Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Mixed Cold And Heat

Objective: By comparing with the western medicine mosapride,the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxia Tiaozhong Granules combined with Yangyuan Tongluo Acupuncture in the treatment of cold and heat complex functional dyspepsia were observed,providing new ideas for clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia.Method: A total of 66 patients with functional dyspepsia of cold and heat complex type who were treated at Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases each according to the random number method.The treatment group was given Banxia Tiaozhong granules,1 bag each time,3 times a day,half an hour before meals;combined with Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture treatment(acupuncture Baihui,Guanyuan,Qihai,Mingmen,Yaoyang The points of Guan,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Zhongwan,Shenshu,Pishu,Weishu,Ganshu,Sanyinjiao,and Taichong points on both sides are lifted and twisted once every10 minutes with the technique of flattening,relieving,and reducing.Needle retention for 30 minutes),treatment once every2 days,treatment for 4 weeks;the control group was treated with mosapride,5 mg each time,3 times a day,half an hour before meals,treatment for 4 weeks.The two groups of patients need to complete safety inspections(blood routine,liver and kidney function,urine and stool routine,electrocardiogram)before and after treatment,and closely observe the subjects for adverse reactions during the treatment process to assess the safety of the treatment.Before and after treatment,it is necessary to fill in the TCM Symptom Scale,SAS Self-Rating Scale,and SDS Self-Rating Scale to score and judge the treatment effect.Result: Results: 1.Comparison of general conditions: There was no statistical difference in gender,age,and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of Banxia Tiaozhong granule combined with Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture was 96.97%,and the total effective rate of mosapride group was 78.79%,indicating that Banxia Tiaozhong The curative effect of granule combined with Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture group is better than that of mosapride group(P<0.05);(2)The comparison of the total scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment methods can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and the effect of the combination of Banxia Tiaozhong Granules and Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture group is better than that of mosapride group(P<0.05);(3)In terms of the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,two treatment methods All of them can effectively improve the symptoms of gastric fullness,pain,dry mouth and bitter mouth,and the Pinellia Tiaozhong granule combined with Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture group improves the main symptoms better than the mosapride group(P<0.05);(4)In terms of secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of Banxia Tiaozhong Granules and Yangyuan Tongluo Acupuncture Group can effectively improve anorexia,noisy stomach,nausea and vomiting,and loose stools.Mosapride group can effectively improve anorexia and stomach Noisy,nausea and vomiting,and the treatment group improved the secondary symptoms better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of SAS and SDS self-rating scale scores: The comparison of SAS and SDS self-rating scale scores between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).Both treatment methods can effectively improve anxiety and depression symptoms,and The curative effect of Banxia Tiaozhong granule combined with Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture method was better than that of mosapride group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tiaozhong granule combined with Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture and mosapride can treat cold-heat complex functional dyspepsia,but compared with mosapride,Tiaozhong granule combined with Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture can treat cold-heat complex functional dyspepsia Patients with dyspepsia are effective and safe,and are worthy of promotion.
