Of day age of24days (Posinatal day, PN24) of within each group randomly take10, only open experiment in the age of12,14,15,16, the forced swimming test in9,11,13,15days of age and water maze test was conducted in the24to28days of age, after screening for autism model rats. Randomly selected and divided into strong long group, the acupuncture point group, model group, each group of6; Normal Wistar rats offspring randomly selected6as blank group. Strong group take long strong point, not acupuncture point group of acupuncture point (REINS without going through the point,2cm on the specific location on the posterior spine, spine5cm), for1min,10d is1treatment course, three treatment intervention, each course between2d and the blank group and model group to simulate daily fetching1min, under the same conditions. Results:1.Open test VPA autism model group eyes open later than control group,the baby after birth PN14, PN15, PN16were statistically significant(P<0.05),PN12there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Swimming test VPA autism model group rats swimming ability in PN9and PN11compared with control group no significant difference(P>0.05), and to the PN13and PN15swimming ability is low control group, model group had significant difference(P<0.05).3.Water maze before intervention compared with control group,model group,ChangQiang group, the sham acupoints group find the platform for longer periods of time(P<0.05);ChangQiang group after the intervention find the platform was shorter than the sham acupoints group and model group(P<0.05).Before the intervention compared with control group, model group,ChangQiang group,the sham acupoints group average at a faster rate (P<0.05);Compared with ChangQiang group after intervention,the sham acupoints group and model group average speed slower(P<0.05).4.Control group of CX43, CX36, CX32expression is higher than the model group, autism model of the frontal lobe of rats CX43, CX36, CX32expression reduced (P<0.05); Acupuncture group of CX43, CX36, CX32ChangQiang group is significantly higher than the sham acupoints group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The gap link protein CX32, CX36, CX43expression in the prefrontal cortex of the VPA autism rats.2. ChangQiang point acupuncture can improve the CX43,CX32,CX36expression of gap junction in the VPA model rats frontal cortex. |
