The Clinical Studies Of ShenQi Capsule Applied On Gastrointestinal Cancer Of Blood Deficiency Type With Chemotherapy

Objective and Significance:Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory, this study apply ten blindly ginseng and astragalus capsule to two qi type of digestive tract malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy, ten blindly ginseng and astragalus capsule on malignant tumor after chemotherapy clinical curative effect, so as to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor has accumulated some experience.Methods:Collect2013.2to2014.1in the second people’s hospital affiliated to fujian university of TCM oncology department in the hospital two qi type gastrointestinal malignant tumor,80cases of patients, aged18-70, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group40cases, taking shark liver alcohol and ten blindly ginseng and astragalus capsule, specific medication:1days after chemotherapy, blood routine check leucocyte below4.0×109/L, above2.0×109/L started oral shark liver alcohol100mg tid, ten ginseng and astragalus capsule5#dar. Review routine blood once every2days in the future (i.e.,4,7,10,13days after chemotherapy, the review of routine blood1time), if the review found in routine blood leukocyte count is less than2.0×109/L, then to recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor injection (white)150ug qd subcutaneous injection. Contrast40cases, simply take shark liver alcohol. Observation after chemotherapy complete blood count (hemoglobin, white blood cell count, platelet), toxic and side reaction of chemotherapy (liver and kidney function before and after chemotherapy), quality of life and symptoms improve the situation.Results:①Bone marrow suppression: white blood cell count, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05), hemoglobin, platelet count, the treatment group after treatment than before treatment, control group, compare the differences between the two groups, however, no statistical significance (P>0.05).②A longitudinal side reaction of chemotherapy, side effects incidence of treatment group were lower than the control group, but no statistical difference (P>0.05).③f carr’s score to improve the situation, the treatment group and control group had no obvious change before and after the treatment, compare the differences between the two groups, there is no statistical significance (P>0.05).④the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, the improvement of the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Ten blindly ginseng and astragalus capsule can improve both qi type patients with disease of digestive tract malignant tumor after chemotherapy leukopenia WBC count, to a certain extent, reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy, promote chemotherapy smoothly, indicate that blindly ginseng and astragalus capsule on two qi patients with digestive tract malignant tumor after chemotherapy has a positive effect.
