Clinical Observation On Chang Yangan Decoction In Treating Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Crohn’s Disease

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chang Yangan decoction for treating Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome of Crohn’s diseaseMethod:40cases of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome of Crohn’s disease from the clinical, randomized to observation cases into two groups, namely, the treatment group (Chang Yangan decoction group), the control group (Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets group),20cases in each group, the treatment cycle for30days. Observe the clinical comprehensive curative effect, the effect of TCM and single integral effect, disease activity efficacy, mucosal lesions efficacy, drug safety as also as adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment. And then follow up to observe patients’s recurrence and compare with recurrence rates between two groups6month after treatment.Result:1.Comparing with the effect of TCM after treatment, the treatment group is superior to the control group (P0.05), and on the single integral effect such as Diarrhea, Cold limbs, Eat less anorexia, the treatment group are more effective than the control group (P0.05);2. Comparing with the clinical comprehensive curative effect, disease activity efficacy and mucosal lesions efficacy after treatment, the treatment group is quite to the control group (P>0.05);3. Comparing with the follow-up results of clinical remission and effective cases, the treatment group has the recurrence rate of25%, while the recurrence rate was66.67%in the control group, there is a significant difference between the two groups on the relapse rate (P0.05).Conclusion:Chang Yangan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and mucosal lesions of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome of Crohn’s disease, and can control recurrence to some extent.
