With the development of health care reform, the doctor-patient relationship has been paid more and more attention, the increasing healthcare violence reflects the relationship more and more nervous between doctors and patients. Not harmonious of the doctor-patient relationship was accompanied by the health-care reform of hospital incomplete marketization. And the increase of doctor-patient conflicts virtually increased pressure in the diagnostic process, coupled with the uneven distribution of medical resources and hospital system in completed, it increase the doctor’s occupation burnout. When doctor had a burnout after, it will affect not only the work itself, but also the development of the doctor-patient relationship. So such contradiction in doctor and patient and doctor’s burnout will fall into the vicious cycle, and the relationship between them becomes worse and worse. The contradiction of doctor-patient can affect and indirectly reflect the doctor’s burnout. Furthermore, in most cases contradiction of doctor-patient is due to the excessive drugs and checks in prescription, less communications between doctors and patients, bad satisfied in effects of medical care, concealing the illness to the patient, showing partiality to each other between doctor and hospital and so on. And some of them are also the factors makes doctor occupation burnout.In view of the above-mentioned problem, this article uses the method of combining theory with practice by reading a large number of literatures and asking related people including doctors some questions. And it will analyze the reason in an objective way from multiple levels, multiple angles, and multiple orientations. Firstly from the macroscopic it analysis of the doctor’s grim situation of employment, which tends to tertiary hospital in big cities, the corresponding laws and regulations does not adequate in medical and doctors, and there is hardly encouraging policy in this area. Secondly from the level of hospital it analysis of doctor’s currently working environment, the deficiencies of hospital management system, as well as irrational incentive system. Finally, from the microscopic it analysis of the particularity of doctor’s job, the value of their labor and labor income does not consistent and so on. In this way, I try to give some counter-measures and suggestions with theories like new public management. Various reform measures are proposed in both hospital and government, in order to guide the direction of hospital reform and give some encouraging policies to doctor. Then we wish it can reduce doctor occupation burnout effectively in multiple way to repair the relationship between doctor and patient, thereby building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Consequently to pay attention to doctor occupation burnout not only can effectively promote health care reform, but also to build a harmonious society, we will be closer to realize Chinese dream.
