Application SPSS17.0statistical software to process data, draw conclusions.Results:All cases received follow-up, followed up for2-4months, mean follow-up time is3months. All patients with clinical healing.Through clinical research, it shows that the experimental group and control group the anatomy of score difference was statistically significant, the control group is better than that of the experimental group.Fracture healing time was statistically significant difference in both groups, the experimental group is better than the control group.The two treatment groups without statistical significance about their Garland-Werlery rating system when their fracture healinged clinical. And all of the patients obtained satisfactory curative effect.Conclusion:The way of manual reduction combined with small splint fixation treatment worse than the way of surgical treatment of open reduction and plate internal fixation(LCP) on the treatment of distal radius Colles fractures. But there are obvious advantages on fracture healing time.And the two groups in clinical healing of fractures was no significant difference on wrist joint function.
