The Investigation Of The TCM Constitution Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:By surveying the relationship between characteristics of TCM syndrome and constitution of chronic gloraerulonephritis, to explore the pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis according to TCM, and provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods:Based on the clinical features of chronic gloraerulonephritis, with reference to the Chinese Medical Association in2009issued by the TCM constitution judgment standard nine types of constitutions (Peace constitution, Yin deficiency, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency constitution, the constitution constitution, phlegm dampness constitution, damp heat constitution, blood stasis constitution, qi depression constitution, special talents and physical fitness)[1], the preparation of chronic glomerulonephritis TCM syndrome questionnaire, Professor Wang Qi "TCM constitution Classification and decision tables and analysis of the data with SPSS17.0statistical to survey the information collected.Results:(1)90cases of patients with CGN general survey that:(1) Age:Minimum age of onset was18years old, maximum76years, the CGN onset age youth group (aged18-44years old) of44cases, accounting for48.89%, followed by the middle-aged group (aged44-59years)36patients (40%), older group (aged60-80years old)10cases, accounting for11.11%;(2) gender:male47cases, accounting for52.22%, female43cases, accounting for47.78%;(3) Occupation:physicallabor of38cases accounted for42.22%, accounting for32.22%of29cases of mental, accounting for25.56%, the jobless total of23cases;(4) diet preferences:No abnormality in34cases, accounting for37.78%; dietary preferences of60cases, accounting for66.67%, partial addicted fatness thick and greasy in24cases, accounting for26.67%, partial addicted to spicy in22cases, accounting for24.44%, the rest of the food preferences smaller proportion 90cases of patients with CGN TCM syndromes distribution of research results showed that:lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,27cases (30%)20cases of spleen deficiency syndrome, accounting for22.22%,17cases of liver kidney yin, accounting for18.89%, the rest syndromes turbid damp, damp heat, blood stasis smaller proportion.(2)90cases of patients with CGN physical condition survey that:the CGN patients physical bias exists, is more common in patients with imaginary constitution, a total of57cases accounted for63.33%, the real constitution of31cases (34.44%). Qi deficiency constitution) Yang deficiency constitution) yin deficiency constitution) damp-heat constitution) physical fitness) blood stasis constitution) qi depression constitution, no special talents intrinsic quality of the survey,25cases of qi deficiency, accounting for27.78%,18cases of Yang and quality (20%), the yin deficiency14cases, accounting for15.56%, a smaller proportion of the remaining physical.(3)90patients with CGN patients with physical and general survey that only the age distribution in different physical distribution of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), sex, diet, occupational and physical distribution associated (P>0.05).90patients with CGN patients with physical syndrome type survey, Qi deficiency patients showed more lung and kidney qi deficiency, the yang quality patients showed spleen deficiency syndrome, the yin deficiency patients showed liver and kidney license.Conclusion:The90cases with primary chronic glomerulonephritis TCM and physical research results show that:(1)90cases the CGN survey results that:the CGN patients is more common in young men than women, laborers more main exist dietary biased.(2)90patients of CGN patients with physical survey that:the incidence of physical fitness and CGN patients there is a close relationship between qi deficiency yang quality, yin deficiency, mainly better fat physiqu.(3)90cases of CGN TCM syndrome characteristics investigat that:the CGN patients showed lung and kidney qi deficiency, spleen deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney license.(4)90cases of CGN patients that age have a certain influence on the constitution,between the constitution and certificate type exists certain internal relations, the TCM syndromes performance by the different types of constitutions have some differences.
