| Objective:To explore Buzhongyiqitang subtract the clinical efficacy of oral treatment of chronic proctitis.Methods:Meet the diagnostic criteria of80patients, sequencing clinic were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group of40patients each, one experimental group BU Zhong Yi Qi Tang oral Chinese medicine and oral mesalazine in the treatment in the control group given oral mesalazine in the treatment, observing two groups of treatment effects.Results:General material of the object of study of two groups (gender, age, course, treatment history and level of severity before treatment), the treatment of the former main clinical symptoms (diarrhea, mucus, anal swelling) and compared with colonoscopy, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), has comparable. Two groups of patients treated in the main symptoms (diarrhea, mucus, anal swelling) improvement score comparison with statistically significant differences (P<0.05), the experimental group than in the control group; no statistically significant difference in colonoscopy improve score (P>0.05). Clinical effect of treatment of the latter two groups have a certain, the experimental group total effective rate of92.5%, total effective rate for the control group77.5%, statistical significance to the difference between the two groups (P<0.05), the experimental group than in the control group.Conclution:BU Zhong Yi Qi Tang oral traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic rectitis good efficacy, BU Zhong Yi Qi Tang oral Chinese medicine and oral mesalazine in the treatment of chronic rectitis outgo of clinical effect of mesalazine alone, for the clinical treatment of chronic rectitis provides an effective way of thinking. |
