The Rural Drug Safety Supervision Work Research Of Shouguang City

With the continuous development of economy, drug security is increasingly paidattention to people, especially in recent years, international and domestic drug securityincidents. Whether government or ordinary people, they attach great importance to drugsafety issues. After many years of exploration, Chinese government initially established drugsafety regulatory system adapting to the national conditions of China. But because of theimbalance between urban and rural development, the rural drug safety issues are still severeand the regulatory condition is not perfect, Since China is a large agricultural country, the vastarea of rural areas, the rural population accounted for over70%of the country’s population,and thus rural drug security is the focus of the entire drug safety work, not only the fitness ofthe rural customers, but also the maintenance of social stability and inherent requirement forthe construction of new socialism countryside.At present，Chinese rural drug safety supervision system has achieved some success, butthere are still many problems. The theme of this thesis is about the study of Shouguang ruraldrug safety supervision system. First, through the method of literature research, the thesiscollected and studied laws and regulations of drug safety, as well as various literature andacademic works about the rural drug safety supervision work and other related work. On thisbasis, rural drug safety supervision were summarized and analyzed, respectively, from thedrug business use, etc. covering all aspects of drug safety. The thesis presented the problemsand deficiencies in the safety analysis of the actual supervision in the rural drug safetyregulatory system and the difficulties met with in the process were analyzed. From the aspectsof the government, people and market, the factors limiting to the rural drug safety wereanalyzed. The thesis also explained the causes of the problems of Shouguang rural drug safetyregulatory work.Meanwhile, the author studied the drug safety regulatory system in the USA. The thesisanalyzed and summarized the main practice of drug safety regulatory work in the USA in andthe corresponding characteristics. The thesis compared it with Chinese drug safety regulatorymethod to obtain different practice, getting reference and inspiration. Finally, according to the current problems emerging from the rural drug safety regulatory work in Shouguang City,compared with the advanced experience of the USA, combined with the actual Shouguangrural drug security, the author deals with a perfect rural drug safety supervision workcountermeasures from the attention of the Government to strengthened supervision, teambuilding, public participation and other aspects.
