Objective: To identify the most sensitive visual space of thepatients by increasing different spatial frequency image stimulus signal in thevisual evoked potential and to observe the therapeutic effect and time of thepatients. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups. Inexperimental group, patients were detected by PVEP to find out the mostsensitive visual space to spatial frequency as a stimulus for amblyopia trainingand then detected by VEP when patients, vision was improved two lines ormore. In control group, the amblyopia training of patients was carried outfrom low frequency to high frequency in turn. Results: The efficiency and thecure rate of the experimental group was better than that of control group, andthere was significant difference between the experimental group the controlgroup (P <0.05). There was significant difference in the cure rate of3-6yearsold group,7-9years old group and10-12years old group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Specific training to amblyopia patients can be used in the clinicaltreatment and gain obvious curative effect.
