Clinical Study In386Cases Of Root Canal Therapy Of Dental Pulp Disease

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of root canal treatment of endodontic disease.and analysis the difference of age.Methods Random extraction the clinical data of386patients with conventional root canal treatment of endodontic disease and dividing them into elderly patients and young patients, including186cases of older patients and200cases of young patients.To review after2years and comparative analysis the two groups of root canal treatment effect.Results The youth group root canal therapy effective rate was91.50%(183/200) and the older group effective rate was86.56%(161/186). Two groups of root canal therapy in different gender, different diseases and different teeth with no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Using conventional root canal treatment of endodontic disease safe and effective, there is no significant difference for age.The treatment technology is worth spreading in clinical and research.
