Research Of Effection Of Baoshentuojiedu Prescription On The Expression Of Adiponectin In The Renal Tissue Of Model Rat

Purpose: Diabetic diabetic nephropathy is the most serious complication in all thecomplications of Diabetic mellitus(DM)，It usually ocurrs in the age of50-60,but DN do nothappened immediately,after a decade or longer time,DM usually develeped into DN,but atthat time,the treatment for DN is more difficult than early stage.At present,it lack of effectivemethod to control and prevent the develepment of DN.But,in recent years,there is a lot ofresearch in this area.Experts hold different views to the cause and progression ofDN.Mentioned cause, there are such views,long-lasting high level of blood glucose,lipiddisorder inflammatory thoery,renal damage,and the flammatory theory is the blockbluster ofthis area.In our research,we survey the influence of the model rat which be feed withBaoshentuojiedu Prescription through detecting the level of blood adiponectin and theexpression of the mRNA of adiponectin in the renal tissue,in order to analyze the flammatoytheory and reveal the process of the Baoshentuojiedu Prescription in our body.Method: we dedive the rats into four groups in random,normal control group,modelgroup, Baoshentuojiedu Prescription group and drug control group.We use ELISA to observethe quantitive of blood adiponectin,use real time flourescent quantitive PCR to observe the themRNA of adiponectin expression of the renal tissheResult: Baoshentuojiedu Prescription group shows high level of the blood adiponectinand the expression of adiponectin mRNA than Baoshentuojiedu Prescription group and drugcontrol group but lower than the normal control group.Conclusion: the inflammtion is a key factor to DN,and Baoshentuojiedu Prescription is veryeffective to the treatment of DN...
