| Object:The purpose of this study is to detect the expression of Dub3in different breast cancer tissues to see if it is oncogenic, as well as investigate it’s relationship with otHer cancer-related facotrs such as CerbB2,ER,PR,TNM stages, providing a novel prospect for clinical research, diagnose,pattern differatiation and treatment of breast cancer in TCM.Methods:Seleeting99cases of primary breast cancer,67cases of benign proferative tissue and30cases of normal breast tissue in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, during the period of June2011to December2012,and then detecting the expression of Dub3in them by using immunohistochemistry SP method to see the the oncogenic character of Dub3. Followed by counting the datas of TNM grading, tumor size, lymph node, metastasis conditions, PR expression, ER expression, age, menstruation conditions, type of pattren of TCM of those cancer cases to analysis their relation with Dub3.Result:1.Dub3’s expression in breast cancer and benign proliferative tissue are respectively95%and30%and5%. The expression in normal breast tissue is5%.The expression differences of Dub3in breast cancer tissue and biengn prolifertative tissue has statistically significant(P<0.05),the expression of Dub3in breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue has statistieally significant(P<0.01)2.The high expressions of Dub3is high in Liver Qi stagnation among four different TCM patterns (P<0.05)3.CerbB2expresses higher in those breast cancer tiusses of TNMIII and those of lymph node metastasis (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The expression of Dub3in breast cancer tissue is significantly higHer than proliferative tissue and then higHer than normal tissues, so it’s kind of oncogene. thus Dub3could be used as assistant diagnosis and prognosis for breast cancer.2CerbB2can be seen as a sign of poor prognosis. |
