Tuberculosis seriously affect on human health, particularly in developingcountries. With the combination of mycobacteria resistant to the generation,thesecond-line Antituberculosis drug began to play an important role. Quinolones assecond-line Antituberculosis drug becomes more and more prominent. With thecurrent technological level, counterfeiting technology also follows the upgrade, thathow to quickly detect the authenticity of drugs to ensure that the people’s drug safety,as we are very concerned about this issue. January2002in the former UN SecretaryGeneral Kofi Annan’s initiative, to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the WorldHealth Organization established the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis andMalaria (GFATM), referred to the Global Fund. I (Jiangxi Food and Drug) took partquinolones rapid detection methods of research, according to project requirements,requirements established method capable of simple, fast and accurate qualitative andquantitative correlation quinolones for on-site rapid testing drugs authenticity.Reference to the relevant literature, I have adopted high-performance liquidchromatography, and the near-infrared rapid detection method to complete researchpurposes. After experimental study: HPLC, through the double indicators relativecapacity factor method, UV comparative legal analysis of the similarity of quinolones,the relative correction factor method for quantitative analysis, so as to achieve rapidqualitative and quantitative detection of drugs authenticity purpose; rapid detection ofnear-infrared technology, the use of MATRIX-F near infrared spectrometer withOPUS software modeling method to establish the consistency test, because thismethod can rapidly and accurately, nondestructive testing drugs, and to distinguishbetween different manufacturers of the same species, thus can quickly and accuratelydetect drugs authenticity. Institute established method of this topic, medication safetyfor the people can provide some technical support.
