Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath Joint Narrow-spectrum Medium-wave Ultraviolet Treatment With Psoriasis Vulgaris Clinical Curative Effects

Objective：Tradional Chinese medicine bath joint narrow-spectrum ultraviolet(NB-UVB) treatment with psoriasis vulgaris (of static) curative effect. Methods:treatment group by traditional Chinese medicine bath NB-UVB systemic exposure, afterirradiation topical psoriasis ointment and Clobetasol Propionate Ointment; The controlgroup using topical psoriasis ointment and Clobetasol Propionate Ointment Results: thetotal effective rate of the control group (64%), the therapy group total effectiveness(90.57%)(P＜0.01). Two groups of adverse reactions result has statistically significantdifference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine bath joint NB-UVB treatment withpsoriasis vulgaris good curative effect, at the same time, reduce NB-UVB side effects, forwith psoriasis vulgaris (of static) treatment provides a new method.
