Knee Osteoarthritis And Radial Displacement Of Meniscus MRI Observation And Research

Objective: Observed knee osteoarthritis and radial displacement of meniscus MRIfeature,investigate the regularity of radial displacement of meniscus and correlationbetween OA occurs.Method:Observed400cases of knee,340cases of OA patients,classified asobservation group,60cases of knee normal subjects,Classified as the controlgroup,①Compared between two groups meniscus shift the incidence and the shift indexdifference of;②Analysis the shift incidence and the shift index difference of medial andlateral meniscus of observation group;③Analysis the shift incidence and the shift indexdifference of meniscus of different ages;④Design grouped according to age-matched,analysis correlation between meniscal displacement and grade of OA cartilage damage.Results:①Compared the shift incidence and the shift index difference of meniscus ofcontrol group and observation group, there are statistically significant (P <0.05),theobservation group was significantly higher than that in control group;②Compared the shiftincidence and the shift index difference of the medial and lateral meniscus of observationgroup, there are statistically significant (P <0.05),The medial meniscus was significantlyhigher than the lateral.③There are statistically significant (P <0.05)of the shift incidenceand shift index differences of meniscus of different ages.④Analysis correlation betweenmeniscal displacement and grade of OA cartilage damage, there are statistically significant(P <0.05), the radial displacement of meniscal group, the knee cartilage injury in a higherincidence of.Conclusion: The radial displacement of the knee meniscal in higher incidence with ofosteoarthritis patients; the shift incidence of the medial, much higher than the lateral meniscus; Follow age increasing，the incidence and shift index of meniscus shift increased;There are significant correlation between meniscal displacement and grade of OA cartilagedamage.
