The Clinical Research On Bu Shen Shu Gan Soup Treating Luteal Phase Deficiency Of Kidney Deficiency With Live Stagnation

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bu Shen Shu Gan Soup(BSSGS)on thetreatment of ovulatory menstrual dysfunctional uterine bleeding of luteal phase defect withkidney deficiency with liver stagnation，try to understand the key method of treatment.Methods：64patients were divided into two groups randomly：the treatment group(32cases,treatedwithBSSGS)and the control group(32cases,treatedwith Fu Ke Zai Zaocapsule).All patients received a course of treatment of three menstrual cycle.Observed theimprovements of clinical symptoms and signs of Patients，the BBT,the endocrinehormone(P、LH、PRL)and the thick of endometrium. Results：The treatment group clinicalcurative effect and symptom improve situation is much better than control group，theclinical total efficiency is90.6%and the control group is68.8%. There is significantdifference between them (P<0.05). The treatment group in improving the shift term andhigh-temperature date of BBT, revise endocrine(P、LH、PRL) levels and improve theendometrial thickness curative effect is distinct，with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion： BSSGS can regulate the level of sex hormones，improve the shift term andhigh-temperature of BBT and endometrial thickness. Thus it can be Seen BSSGS caneffective prescription of the ovulatory menstrual dysfunctional uterine bleeding of lutealphase defect with kidney deficiency with liver stagnation.
