| Luteal Phase defect (abb.LPD) is a clinical syndrome caused by deficiency of progesterone secreted by corpus luteal of ovary.It's main manifestations are ovulatory menstrual dysfunction,infertility and natural abortion early. LPDbelongs to preceded menstrual period,threatened abortion,habitual abortion and so on in TCM.This article overviews research development of LPD in TCM and modern medicine from aspects of conception,causative agent and pathomechamesm,diagnosis,therapy and experiment.Objective:Application of Bushen conditioning menstrual cycle with modern medicine treat infertility due to luteal phase defect, to observe the clinical effect of the Act, to explore the mechanism, and to provide a more credible evidence for the treatment of infertility in TCM associated with westen medicine.Methods:36 cases included in the standard case were randomly divided into two groups: one of 20 cases of treatment group in order to transfer Bushen conditioning menstrual cycle with westen medicine; 16 cases of control group in order to transfer only westen medicine. After one course (three menstrual cycle treatment for a course) were observed before and after treatment of changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, the basal body temperature, P,pregnancy, after treatment by the statistical methods, generally assessed the efficacy.Results:Treatment group and control group, respectively, the total effective rate was 85.00% and68.75%, the two groups in the overall efficacy were not statistically significant differences(p>0.05), but in Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of improvement,BBT and P value of the blood of improvement have significant differences(P<0.05);2 women were pregnant in the treatment group that had 7 infertilities,pregnancy rates was 28.57%;while the control group had none.Conclusion:TCM associated with western medicine is more effective in strengthening and perfecting corpus lutein,which takes advantage of pure Chinese medicine and western medicine,as well as coordinates secretion among hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis. |
