After30days observed before and aftertaking visual acuity, fundus fiuorescein angiography, blood and blood lipid changes.Results:(1)Comparison of visual:Before and after their treatment, the two groups wasstatistically signficant(P<0.05),after treatment between groups was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of fundus examination:The total effective rate was80.8%in the control group, the total sffctive rate was62.8%.(3)Two groups can improveglycosylated hemoglobin and lipid indictors before and after their treatment, they werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yi Qi Tong Luo Tang、Da Huang Zhe Chong Wan and acupuncturingbased on the Collateral Theory, can improve glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids toimprove the microcirculation of eyes, and is superior to the efficacy of calcium dobesilate.
