Objective:Using epidemiological methods, through the investigation of the clinicaldata of patients with VG,summarize the correlation of TCM syndrome and diseasefactors, gastroscope and pathology and Hp infection. Methods:Choose the clinical datafrom180gastritis verrucosa patients met the inclusion criteria, collect and Collate thedata, come to this disease syndrome distribution, syndromes arrangement law.Use thechi-square test for statistical analysis to study TCM syndrome’s relationshipand with riskfactors, gastroscope like, pathology, Hp infection. Results:TCM syndromes of this diseaseSpleen> weak stomach certificate> hepatogastric stagnant heat of the liver Qi Stagnation>stomach yin deficiency> stomach collateral stasis. The most common incidence factors ofthis disease is the poor diet, which is most closely related to diet overheating.stomach painis the main symptoms, followed by bloating, heartburn, belching, heartburn. The mostcommon tongue is red tongue, thick yellow greasy moss. The most common pulse is smoothand rapid pulse. The most common endoscopic lesions isⅡgrade in the gastric antrum.Themost common mucosas are red and white, congestion, edema. superficial inflammationdetection’rate is the highest and overall Hp infection rate was48.9%,which of themaximum is stomach Damp-heat.Conclusions:TCM syndrome’s relationshipand with riskfactors, gastroscope like, pathology, Hp infection is intricate. The statistical results showthat TCM Syndromes have a statistically significant difference with predisposing factors, gastric mucosa as pathology results, and have no significant differences with the diseasedparts and Hp infection.
