| Objective:To observe and compare the influence of different-dose moxibustion on sport fatigue and to offer objective data for moxibustion application in a scientific and standardized way on resistance to sport fatigue.Methods:The literature about sport fatigue in TCM and western medicine were studied to summarize and analyze the moxibustion action on sport fatigue. Based on the literature study, rats were used to build up sport fatigue model which were treated with moxibustion according to three factors (i.e. lasting time, temperature and interval) and three levels (i.e. low, middle, high) of moxibustion. The general conditions observation and biochemical test including blood lactate (BL), serum creatine kinase (CK), blood testosterone (T), hemoglobin (Hb) were done and all these data were analyzed statistically.Results:The treatment protocol of moxibustion on decreasing BL after training was as follows: once every day or every other day, skin temperature about430C±10C and lasting time about1or3min. The treatment protocol of moxibustion on decreasing serum CK after training was as follows:twice every other day, skin temperature about430C±10C and lasting time about3min. The treatment protocol of moxibustion on increasing blood T after training was as follows:once every day or every other day, skin temperature about430C±10C or460C±10C and lasting time about3or5min. The treatment protocol of moxibustion on increasing Hb after training was as follows:once every day or every other day, the skin temperature about430C±10C or460C±10C and lasting time about3min.Conclusion:Moxibustion with different-dose on resistance to sport fatigue had different efficacy. |
