Effect Of Qian Yang Yu Yin On The Blood Pressure And The Reactive Oxidative Species Of SHR

Objective:Observe the intervention of Qian Yang Yu Yin powder (QYYY) on the blood pressure of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and the expression of Reactive Oxidative Species (ROS) in circulative system and kidney tissue.Methods:10normal rats and50SHR rats were divided randomly into6groups,10for each group.They were given corresponding dose of QYYY(low、medium、high dose rate)、normal saline and Valsartan by gastric leverage.Test the blood pressure before and at the6th week after gastric leverage.Take the blood and kidney after6weeks,test the ROS of blood by ELISA kit.Observe the ROS expression in kidney tissue by Confocal laser scanning microscope.Results:1.The blood pressure of SHR is significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.05);2.The blood pressure of all treated groups are significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05) after3、6weeks of treatment.3.After6weeks of treatment,the m-ALB、β2-MG、NAG in the urine of model group are significantly higher than normal groups (P<0.01-0.05). Compared to the model group,the m-ALB、NAG in urine of all treated groups are significantly lower (P<0.01-0.05).4.After6weeks of treatment,the expression of ROS of model and QYYY high dose group are significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); Microscope scanning shows that the ROS expression of all SHR is brighter than normal group,it of all QYYY groups is bleaker than model group.Conelusion:1.QYYY powder can lower blood pressure of SHR.2.QYYY powder can decrease the m-ALB、NAG in urine.3.QYYY powder can restrain the expression of ROS both in circulative system and kidney tissue.Therefore,it has renal protective effects.
