| Purpose:To confirm the protective effect of Qian Yang Yu YinGranules on kidney damage in hypertension, on the basis of reducing blood pressure to target (felodipine and enalapril, BP≤140/90mmHg)Ways:Forty inpatients and outpatients with the diagnostic criteria of hypertension were randomly divided into treatment and control groups (n=20). The same basic treatments were applied to treatment and control groups, such as quit smoking, drying out, physical exercise, light diet, etc. Symptomatic treatment is given when hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia are merged. All the teatment and control groups received felodipine and enalapril to reduce blood pressure to target (BP≤140/90mmHg).On this basis, the treatment group received oral Qian Yang Yu YinGranules. Both groups were intervened8weeks. The prescription of Qian Yang Yu YinGranulescapsule is consisting of the effective parts of fructus corni, polygonum multiform and sticktight. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, blood pressure, heart rate and the experiment indexes of kidney damage (MALB, UACR and CCR) were observed. After treatment, all the information was entered into the computer for statistical analysis with SPSS.Results:The clinical symptoms have an obvious remission after treatment with Qian Yang Yu YinGranulescapsule. The scores of TCM syndrome were significantly lower than the control group. The relevant indicators of kidney damage (MALB, UACR, and CCR) have improved better than the control group with significant differences (P<0.01). The two groups showed no significant on heart rate and the efficiency of antihypertensive effects.Conclusion:On the basis of the felodipine and enalapril, the group treated with Qian Yang Yu YinGranule has obvious improved in clinical symptoms and the indicators like MALB, UACR and CCR, comparing with the control group. It is suggested that the Qian Yang Yu YinGranulescapsule could improve the kidney damage on the basis of reducing blood pressure to target. |
