Objective:To investigate the association between0~2years baby girl premature thelarcheand endocrine disrupting compounds bisphenol A(BPA),diethyl phthalate(DEP).Methods:1.Using case-control study method,collecting50cases of girls with prematurethelarche for girls (PT group) diagnosed in the Children’s Hospital of JiangxiProvince, from April2012to August, and collecting Healthy breast development forgirls50cases in the control group, age from3months to2years old, fill out thesurvey questionnaire; using Color B-mode ultrasound detect the ovary and uterus ofgirls with premature thelarche; use high performance liquid chromatographic methodfor the determination of serum bisphenol A, diethyl phthalate.2. According to the different the geographical distribution,the use of plasticproducts, animal,or high-protein diet, hormone-containing foods, such as animals incaptivity-season fruits and vegetables, beverages, puffed food preservatives, pigmentsfood consumption six aspects of the PT group stratification in serum of bisphenol A,phthalate diethyl content differences,3. Data analysis: using Chi square test,t test or rank sum test analysis of the PTgroup and control group serum bisphenol A,diethyl phthalate content differences,using the Pearson correlation test analysis the relation between the PT group girlsserum bisphenol A and diethyl phthalate content with clinical parameter. Statistics arecompleted in SPSS17.0software.Results:1.PT and control groups were part of the girls detected bisphenol A,the detectednumbers were48and9;the PT group girls(24)detected diethyl phthalate,girls in thecontrol group were not detected a diethyl phthalate.2.The PT group bisphenol A, diethyl phthalate levels were higher than thecontrol group(P<0.05).3.PT group the uterine volume size and content of bisphenol A was low positive correlation(r=0.355,P<0.05).4.PT group Girls’ serum bisphenol A,diethyl phthalate content of serum estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone showed no significant correlation(P>0.05).5.In the different geographical distribution diethyl phthalate content of the serumwas statistically significant,and Urban children was higher than rural children(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Serum bisphenol A, diethyl phthalate content in girls with premature thelarcheare higher than normal girls;2.Bisphenol A has the relation to the uterine volume size of0to2year-old girlwith premature thelarche;3. Serum phthalate diethyl content of girls with premature thelarche is related togeographical, and significantly higher than the rural town.4. Bisphenol A and diethyl phthalate are related to0~2year-old girl prematurethelarche.
