Objective: By observing the changes of biochemical indexes of bonemetabolism in elderly hip fracture patients during perioperative period.Discussingthe relationship for change,to provide the clinical basis of an-osteoporosis therapyduring the perioperative of elderly hip fracture patients.Methods:Compare the56cases of hip fracture patients over the age of60age,fracture to the operation time and bone metabolism indicators of Ca, P, ALP. BMD ofpatient was measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA) equipment,thepatients were divided into the osteoporosis groups and non-osteoporosis group inaccordance to the results of the bone mineral density.The bone metabolism index(NTX,TRACP5b and BGP) was measured using ELISA and CLIA analysis in beforeand after operation.The56cases were grouped by sex and bone mineraldensity.SPSS17.0software was used for data analysis.Results:The difference of male and female patients was not statisticallysignificant in age, fracture to operation and indicators of Ca, P, ALP concentration(P>0.05).All patients with postoperative resorption indicators NTX, TRACP levelsignificantly higher than the preoperative,Bone formation markers BGP levelpreoperative and postoperative comparison were decreased to some extent(P<0.05),but male and non-osteoporosis patients(P>0.05). Male and female groupcompared, the bone metabolism indicators NTX、TRACP5b、 BGP of two groups ofpatients changes are significant differences in perioperative.(P<0.05),Osteoporosis group compared with the Osteoporosis group, the bone metabolismindicators changes are significant differences in perioperative also(P<0.05). NTXperioperative rate of change compared with TRACP5b, BGP, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)、Elderly hip fracture patients perioperative due to diet,fractures braking,Surgery, Stress, the quality of the stress shielding effect on bonearound the prosthesis,active bone resorption process,aggravate osteoporosis.(2)、thefemale and Osteoporosis patients more likely to cause bone loss.(3)、The sensitivity of NTX is better than TRACP5b and BGP in biochemical markers of bonemetabolism.
