Objective:By observing the changes of biochemical indexes of bone metabolism in elderly hip fracture patients, discussing the relationship between osteoporosis and elderly hip fracture,to provide the clinical basis of anti-osteoporosis therapy during the perioperative of elderly hip fracture patients, and to provide the reasonable theoretical basis for prgramming TCM treatment. Methods:Select orthopedic surgery as the case source (29 cases) from the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Jiangsu Provincial Hospital),sample size 29 cases. All subjects were within 24 hours after admission, and blood samples were 10ml, by Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese laboratory technicians using the same set of instruments, the same batch of reagent serum calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, alkaline phosphatase levels. Osteocalcin and calcitonin levels measured by the Nanjing First Hospital to collect clinical information and data, application SPSS 17.0 version statistical package for data analysis, observation of elderly hip fracture patients perioperative bone metabolism related index changes, and analyze the reasons for the changes. Results:Postoperative serum calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and calcitonin levels were decreased to some extent, by the paired t test, compared with preoperative significant difference. Conclusion:Elderly hip fracture patients perioperative biochemical indices of bone metabolism changes in elderly patients with major gastrointestinal absorption and the decrease caused by metabolic disorders, fractures caused by acute bone loss after braking, plate fixation and bone around the prosthesis on the quality of the stress shielding effect, to observe their changing importance. Anti-osteoporosis therapy (including patient health education and drug treatment), in elderly hip fracture treatment in the perioperative period plays an important role and should be run through the entire treatment process from beginning to end. |
