The course oftreatment was4weeks. Clinical observation forms (form of skin lesion symptoms andform of general symptoms) were used to give scores before the treatment, after2and4weeks’ treatment, as well as1week after withdrawal of drug, respectively. And statisticalanalysis was also performed for the symptom score reducing index, adverse reactions, recurrence rate, etc. Patients in the control group were given oral Qufeng itching OralLiquid. The score of clinical symptoms and signs, clinical effects and dermatology life quality indexes of two groups before and after treatment were compared after2and4weeks’ treatment respectively.Result:(1) Curative effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group was94.59%and that of the control group was75.67%, showing significant difference (P <0.05).Through the comparison of the scores of skin lesion symptoms before and after treatment,a result was obtained that in the five indexes including degree of pruritus, size and durationand number of skin lesions as well as frequency of onset, the treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group, all showing significant difference.(2)Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower, showing significantdifference compared with the control group (P <0.05).(3) Adverse event rate: The adverseevent rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The clearing heat and promoting diuresis decoction in combination withShenque acupoint cupping has good clinical effects on chronic wind-heat type urticaria, aswell as Qufeng itching Oral Liquid.
