Clinical Research On The Effect Of The Therapy Combined Dao-Tan-Huo-Xue-Fang Decoction With Clomiphere Citrate On Anovulatory Infertility Of Phlegmy Wet Type Dysfunction

Objective: To observe Clinical Research on the Effect of the therapy combinedDao-Tan–Huo-Xue-Fang Decoction with clomiphere citrate on Anovulatory Infertility ofPhlegm wet and explore its function mechanism.Methods:60patients with Phlegmy wet type infertility were randomly divided intotwo groups-treatment group(treated with Dao-Tan–Huo-Xue-Fang Decoction andclomiphere)and control group(treated with clomipher)each has30cases. Analysis of thetwo groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, the doctor oftraditionalp Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect, basal body temperature and BMIchange, serum E2, FSH,LH,LH/FSH, and T content.before and after the treatment ofendometrial thickness, follicle diameter size, cycle ovulation rate and tracking the situationafter treatment of pregnancy.Results: Two groups of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms and syndromescurative effect and the basal body temperature than before treatment were obviouslyimproved, the serum LH,LH/FSH, and T was reduced,serum FSH increased before andafter treatment compared with significant difference (P＜0.05), and the treatment groupwas better than control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05). Treatment groupafter treatment BMI reduced, the serum E2level increased, endometrial thickness, folliclediameter size, cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than before, comparedwith before treatment with significant difference (P＜0.05). Treatment group comparedwith control group BMI,serum E2level,endometrial thickness, follicle diameter size, cycleovulation rate had significant difference (P＜0.05). Control group after treatment SerumE2decreased and endometrial thickness,follicle diameter size,cycle ovulation rate were higher than before the treatment, compared with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Dao-Tan–Huo-Xue-Fang Decoction and clomiphere can obviouslyimprove stimulate ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.It has obvious curative effect in thetreatment of anovulatory phlegmy wet infertility. Its mechanism of action may to lightenthe weight, improve obesity, role in the H-P-O-A shaft, the shaft’s disorder returned tonormal, with normal ovulation, and reduce the anti-estrogen effect of gclub associatedadverse impact on the lining of the uterus.
