Objective To investigate the relationship of resting electrocardiogram(ECG) ST-T wave change and coronary angiography(CAG) positiveoutcome in coronary heart disease. Methods A total of1173patients who were diagnosed with coronaryheart disease (CHD) by CAG were studied, with their CAG and routine12lead resting ECG examination results underwent analysis to discuss theirrelationship. Results ECG ST-T change was not significant related to the CAGpositive outcome.(Kappa=0.161, P <0.01); There was significantdifference of the positive results rate between these two examination(P <0.01); ECG positive result rate in different coronary artery lesion groupswere significant different.(P <0.01); With the increase of coronary arterystenosis number, the positive rate of ECG has a significant tendency toincrease.(P<0.01).Conclusion The ST-Tchange on ECG may partially predict the coronary artery stenosis, and has more obvious meaning to multi-vessel injuriesespecially, but its clinical utility of ECG is limited for its no significantrelationship with CAG result, so clinical diagnosis must base on clinicalsymptom and other examination. |
